SWE is an organization that (even though primarily targeted towards girls) aims to empower everyone to get involved in STEM fields, specifically engineering. We want to show students the many opportunities engineering provides for people, and the possible paths they can take in that field. We want to primarily educate our generation, as well as future generations to get involved with the engineering fields, and show the vast opportunities and amazing achievements people can make in engineering!
